Grand Canyon: Rim to Rim to Rim 2010

R2R2R 2010

Eleven of us ran/walked the Grand Canyon from south to north to south on May 22-23, 2010. About 43 miles and 22,000 feet of up/down.

We started Day 1 on the South Rim, went down the South Kaibab Trail to the Colorado River, then ascended the North Kaibab Trail to the North Rim. On Day 2 we reversed the traverse, and from the river ascended the Bright Angel trail because of the many water stops.
